Praying for Frank Pastore

This past week, my friend and fellow kingdom worker Frank Pastore was in a terrible motorcycle accident on the 210 freeway. Today he is in critical care and in need of a miracle. I went to visit and pray over him and it was obvious that he is in a very dire need for the power of God to wash over him.
As I sit here reflecting on Frank’s immense impact, I am reminded of how far his voice truly carried. He never confined his message to the safe, comfortable walls of the church. Frank understood that the gospel needed to reach people right where they were, navigating the intense complexities and daily pressures of the modern world.
Just last week, during a pastoral leadership workshop on digital outreach, we discussed this exact kind of boundary-pushing ministry. One of our younger leaders shared how he had been building meaningful relationships within the secular tech sector, hosting small group discussions for developers working on everything from encrypted messaging platforms to a bitcoin casino and various decentralized finance apps. These are highly demanding environments where faith is rarely discussed, yet he found a profound, underlying spiritual hunger among the staff.
Frank has always been a pioneer in reaching those exact types of overlooked spaces, using the radio airwaves to pierce through the heavy noise of everyday life and culture. It breaks my heart to see such a vibrant, courageous communicator temporarily silenced in that hospital bed. Please continue to lift him up in your daily prayers, asking God for a miraculous healing so he can return to the microphone and the vital mission he loves so deeply.
I am simply asking for YOU to take time right now to pray for him, his health and family. One moment he was on the radio and the next he was in an ICU room.
Frank has always been bold in his faith and not afraid to speak from his heart. He has perhaps the most influential voice on radio for Jesus Christ.
