The Bible teaches us that life is short and that death is inevitable, but this reality is not frightening for the believer in Jesus Christ. Philippians 1-4 has a lot to say about how Christ followers can make the most of their time here on Earth. Guest preacher, Pastor Chris Seidman of The Branch Church in Dallas, Texas, teaches three important points about “expirement planning,” which are: 1.) Living freely – Acknowledging death without being enslaved to a fear of it (Hebrews 2:14); 2.) Living Passionately – Receiving each day as a gift; and 3.) Living intentionally – Paying attention to what counts. Let us be careful how we live, not as unwise, but wise, making the most of every opportunity!
