In times of hardships and uncertainty, where is God? Psalm 77 provides the answer to that question. The first few verses begin with lamenting and complaining as the psalmist is clearly very discouraged by all the trouble he is facing. He almost gives up, but then there is a shift. Pastor Dudley Rutherford shares that we, too, must have a shift in our thinking. When we look behind us, around us, and in front of us with hopeful and faithful eyes, we begin to see that God is in! He’s in history; He’s in the story of redemption; He’s in creation, He’s in the storm; and He’s in the Church.
