Submission is often one of those uncomfortable biblical topics that most would like to avoid. It’s difficult to consider laying down one’s rights for the sake of another person, yet the Bible says in Ephesians 5:21 that we ought to “submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.” Pastor Dudley explores the topic of submission among Christians and within marriage. He then takes it a step further by sharing that we are to come alongside others in their pain or journey. Then we will truly encourage (build up) one another as God has called us to do.
